Our decor is intentionally simple. The stove, mom’s sewing machine, the traditional mennonite pictures on the wall and the dishes that do not match reflect our attempt to create, as closely as possible, an old fashion mennonite kitchen.
At Tauntie Maria’s we follow the recipies that many generations of grandmothers have used. Some of the dishes originated in the Ukrane but with ‘yaps’ (handfuls) of this and a ‘kchneep’ (pinch) of that, they have become decidedly our own. We trust you will like them.

Delicious and Hearty Home Cooked Meals
Wonderful is a simple way to describe Taunte Maria’s and their food. I’ve had their breakfest serveral times and it was wonderful. I can’t remember what I had because it was some time ago when I had their breakfast, but I do remember that it was the best!
Their other food is great as well. I had their feast for two, and everything in it is exceptional. It’s good old fashioned home cooking that I hold close to me.
The only downside is that they’re only open until four pm on weekdays and closed on weekends.
