I'm not even sure you can 'review' a chain like this one. I've often wondered why the coffee tastes different sometimes, so spoke to a coffee maker -- it turns out that there is no consistent guideline for making coffees, and thusly i'm not just tripping out when noticing that. One thing that is consistent though, is the quality of the breakfast sandwiches, which are always quite excellent for a quick bite to eat. The chili is not bad if you're a chili lover, relatively bland, but tolerable. If you like the coffee, its probably better that you don't drink too much Starbucks or any other really strong coffees, as this tends to make Tim Hortons coffees taste bland by comparison.
