I walked into The Cupcake Corner yesterday(Jan 29,2011) and left with a sense that whom ever was working behind the computer(male approx.30yrs) wasn't........
                                                                    1. Enjoying his job or Life for that matter because he was working away on his computer and barely had time to answer basic questions i had for a FIRST and LAST time customer.
2.Interested in helping the buisness to grow because he didn't receive the memo that "Saskatoon is still small enough that word gets around if you give sub-standard customer service and your product is crap!"

3.Interested in making the $600-800.00 I would have possibly invested for my future wedding cupcake idea!Little did the worker know or care that I may have brought in a decent paycheck for one wedding job plus many of my soon to be married friends!!!

I am glad to say that the Safeway across the street gave me GREAT service when i walked straight out of Cupcake Corner to buy very tasty cupcakes for less than $1.50 each if you buy 12. Thanks for letting me express my opinions somewhere!

My family and I went in there on Sat Jan 15 expecting to be knocked over from flavour. We were so disgusted at what we ate. The vanilla was dry and had no flavour, the chocolate had no taste. The icing tasted like oil and only had a hit of flavour or it was so sweet you couldn't eat it. Honestly I would have preferred a cake mix cupcake, at least it would have been moist and had flavour. At $3 a pop I would NOT reccomend this place to anyone. I can make a better tasteing cupcake and may consider opening up my own business to shut this place down.

Someone I know asked the owner if he could make pink cupcakes for a breast cancer marathon she was organizing. he said 'don't you think we are enemies? b/c you are promoting health and we sell cupcakes? i don't think it's a good idea that we participate this transaction"

he refused to make cupcakes that she wanted to PAY FOR, for an event to FIGHT BREAST CANCER!

How deplorable is that? I would like to see how the owner explains that.

And I've been in the store a few times and get the worst service from the guy who works there. And I think the only reason they opened this store was to capitalize on the economy, not for a love of cupcakes. And they do NOT use environmentally friendly packaging. That is a lie. PLASTIC IS NOT RECYCLABLE!

Oh my. The staff was friendly, the location quaint and the cupcake delicious and moist. A great place to stop after a hard day of shopping at the Centre at Circle and 8th. Need to get those calories back! Mmm... buttercream frosting.
